Telecaller

About This Role

This is an entry-level role for someone who enjoys talking to people and wants to start a career in IT services sales. You will call enquiries that come from our website and marketing campaigns, understand what the client needs, and schedule a detailed discussion with our business development team. We provide full training on our services, call scripts, and CRM — no prior experience required, only clear communication and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Call inbound enquiries from the website, ads, and WhatsApp within the same day
• Make outbound calls to assigned prospect lists
• Explain GlobalDigitaz services in simple terms and understand client requirements
• Qualify leads on budget, timeline, and decision-making authority
• Schedule discovery calls and demos for the business development team
• Maintain accurate call notes and lead status in the CRM
• Follow up consistently with warm and undecided leads
• Share client feedback and common objections with the marketing team
• Meet daily call and weekly appointment targets

Requirements

• Freshers welcome — training will be provided
• Clear spoken Hindi and English
• Confident and polite phone manner
• Basic computer skills — email, Excel or Google Sheets
• Willingness to learn about software and IT services
• Consistency in follow-ups and note-keeping
• Graduate or final-year student (any stream)
• Comfortable working from the Gurugram office

Nice to Have

• Any internship or part-time calling experience
• Familiarity with a CRM tool
• Additional languages — Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, or Bengali
• Basic understanding of websites and mobile apps
• Experience in customer support or front-desk roles
