.NET Core Developer

About This Role

We are looking for a passionate .NET Core Developer to join our growing engineering team. You will work on real enterprise projects — ERP systems, CRMs, APIs, and dashboards — for clients across India, UAE, UK, and the USA. Our stack is ASP.NET Core 8, Dapper (never EF), MSSQL, Redis, and SignalR. You will work directly with senior architects and ship production code from day one.

Responsibilities

• Design and build ASP.NET Core 8 Web APIs and Razor Pages
• Write optimized Dapper SQL queries and stored procedures
• Implement Clean Architecture / CQRS patterns with MediatR
• Build real-time features using SignalR WebSockets
• Write unit and integration tests with xUnit and Moq
• Review code and mentor junior developers
• Collaborate in Agile sprints with 2-week iterations
• Deploy to Azure App Service and AKS via GitHub Actions CI/CD

Requirements

• 2+ years of ASP.NET Core / .NET development
• Strong C# fundamentals and OOP/SOLID principles
• Hands-on experience with Dapper or ADO.NET (not just EF)
• MSSQL — writing complex queries, stored procedures, indexing
• REST API design and consumption
• Git version control
• Understanding of clean code and design patterns
• Good English communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with Hangfire, FluentValidation, AutoMapper
• Azure (App Service, SQL, Storage, Service Bus)
• Docker and containerization
• Background in ERP or CRM systems
• SignalR real-time applications
